In the summer of 1999, Nicole and I were in Sandpoint visiting family. One evening we were at the City Beach. There were some students hanging out in the parking lot and I remember thinking, "I wonder if anyone is doing anything to share Christ with them?" I'll never forget God responding to me, "Why don't you do something for them?" His response to me was so clear that I actually said out loud, "What?" Nicole and our friends laughed, turned to me and asked, "Who are you talking to Eric?" Wow! Two years later, we moved to Sandpoint and Cedar Hills Church was born. Cedar Hills continues to be passionately dedicated to seeing you experience the best life you were created to experience. We believe that Jesus still transforms lives and changes hearts, and we hope you'll explore with us what the Jesus centered life looks like.

Gatherings
We're excited for you to participate in a gathering!
We are pretty casual around here! We share a wide variety of styles, so feel free to wear what you feel comfortable wearing; all we ask is that you wear something!
We love coffee here! Our teams make a lot of it, so feel free to get a cup in the Lobby and bring it into the gathering with you.
If you have kids, you can check them into our Kids Ministry, which is to your right as you enter the lobby. They’ll love it! Our kid’s teams are awesome!
Our gatherings last about 60 minutes. During that time our band will lead us in singing songs that center us on Jesus, there will be a talk that allows us to look at life from the perspective of the Bible, and we’ll share stories about how our church community is serving people onsite, locally, and around the world.
We love our lobby space, so before and after gatherings you’ll find a lot of people hanging out in there. It’s an easy place to meet people, start new friendships, and hear stories about how we get to serve together.
You’ll hear the phrase “Come as you are” a lot at Cedar Hills! We all have Next Steps and because God has a plan for your life, when you show up we’re gonna be ready to walk with you along that journey!
Kids
There is nothing more important to us than our kids. Our safe and fun environments create space for our kids to make their faith their own. We are currently offering onsite services for babies through sixth grade. We want kids to know there's a community of people at CH who love them almost as much as God does.
Students
If you're in grades 7-12, you'll enjoy our casual, Student Life gatherings in the warehouse on Thursdays from 6-7:30pm. We hang out, hear a Bible-based talk, and then break into groups to discuss different topics as we pursue health and community. Get connected to people as you get to know God better.
Outreach & Volunteer

If you’re a first-time visitor, our parking team will greet you at the drop-off zone outside the lobby to help you find your VIP spot.
