Cedar Hills Church is for Sandpoint and this community!


On the morning of Sunday, July 28th, instead of our usual 8am, 9:30am, and 11 am gatherings in our building, we hope to have over 300 people gather in groups all around our community to serve doing yard work, small projects, and clean-up. We have done various projects in the past, from building play structures for schools to cleaning up community gardens to assisting the Food Bank.


We want to express our love and appreciation to this community and the surrounding area, so we will have teams of all ages serving Sandpoint, Ponderay, and Kootenai.

"Another thank you to Cedar Hills Church for the recent work they did for us at Blue Haven North, formerly Kinderhaven. They cleaned up all around the yard including trimming this blue spruce. Their work has had a very good effect on our hard working mothers who can now  have pride in their surroundings and have a 'happy place' for their children."

1.

Submit a project, person or individual to receive volunteer assistance.

2.

Fill out project application  by April 15.

3.

We'll communicate which projects have been selected by April 30th.

4.

We'll reach out by email and share the plan for the day!

It's Easy To Jump In And Serve:

  1. Fill Out The 'I Want To Serve' Form below.
  2. We'll organize all the project submissions.
  3. In early June we'll reach out and let you know which projects are available. Watch for an email.
  4. You'll register for your preferred project.
  5. Show up at Cedar Hills on July 28th at 8:30am, meet your Project Manager, get your t-shirt, directions, doughnuts and coffee.
  6. Go and make a difference!
