At Cedar Hills, we believe following Jesus means finding your people, locking arms, and walking this thing out together. That’s what Membership Means Something is all about.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

 This is for anyone who’s been showing up and wondering what it means to really belong. It’s one hour, no pressure. You’ll hear where we’ve been, where we’re going, and how saying “I’m in” can change the way you live out your faith. Membership here doesn’t mean you’ve arrived—it just means you’re ready to walk with purpose.

You can’t hit cruise control and expect transformation. So let’s plant the flag. Let’s make the move. Membership is one of those stakes in the ground that tells your soul: I’m not drifting anymore.

Church isn’t a building, it’s a body of Christ followers! Membership is about becoming a part of that body—showing up, linking arms, and stepping into your calling.

What is church membership at Cedar Hills?

Membership is a public step that says “this is my spiritual family.” It’s a chance to commit to growing, serving, and being part of something bigger than yourself.

Do I need to be baptized to become a member? Not for this class.

Baptism is a powerful next step in faith and is something we’ll talk about, but it’s not a requirement to attend.

What will the class be like? It’s a relaxed, one-hour conversation with time for questions and stories.

No pressure, no awkward moments—just a genuine space to learn and consider your next step.

Is there a place for my children to be?

Yes! Kids Ministry is fully available during the 9:30am Gathering.

What if I’m not ready to commit?

That’s totally okay. The class is designed to help you explore. You’ll walk away with clarity, no matter what you decide.

Can I bring a friend or spouse? Absolutely. This is a great environment to process together.
