  Our Leadership Approach

How is Cedar Hills Church led?  

Three teams work together to provide leadership for our church: elders, and trustees, and staff. Together, these teams establish the direction for the church, provide guidance and care for the church, and administrate the work of the church so that our mission of introducing people to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ will be fulfilled.

Our elders provide support and guidance regarding the spiritual and relational life of our church as we pursue growth, unity, and the mission together. They are invited to review major decisions and programs in the church to ensure that biblical wisdom is being applied.  Our current elders are:

Trustees oversee all financial and legal responsibilities in order to fulfill the ministry objectives determined by the spiritual leadership of Cedar Hills Church. They prioritize the church’s financial goals and ensure that we are being good stewards of what God has given us. Our current trustees are:

Our pastors set the vision and direction of the church and work with the staff to direct the day to day ministries of the church. The staff build and lead teams of people who together, do the work that God has called us to do as his church. Our current staff are:
